Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached.

You’ll need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Return shipments are handled via the same logistics partners:

GLS for returns within Denmark
UPS for international returns
Return costs will be deducted from your refund:

Denmark: 40 DKK
Europe: 75 DKK / 10 EUR
Rest of world: 150 DKK / 20 EUR
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
