Returns

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

You’ll need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Return shipments are handled through the same logistics partners:

• GLS - returns within Denmark

• UPS - international returns

Return cost

Free returns within the EU.
For countries outside the EU, a return fee of 20 EUR will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
