Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped from Denmark with trackable delivery.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

We ship with:

• GLS – Denmark

• UPS – international

• FedEx – international

Estimated delivery

• Denmark: 1–3 business days

• Europe: 2–5 business days

• Rest of world: 4–6 business days

Shipping

Free shipping on all EU orders.

For destinations outside the EU, a €20 shipping fee applies.

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Returns from all EU countries are subject to a flat €5 / DKK 30 return fee.

The return fee is deducted from your refund.

For returns from outside the EU, a €10 return fee applies.

Customs & Duties

All EU orders include VAT, with no additional duties or import taxes.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs fees and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
