All purchases made on www.evellant.com are governed by Danish law and the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
These terms apply to all orders placed by private customers.

Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR and include 25% VAT.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Ordering

Once you place an order, an on-screen confirmation will appear.
A final confirmation will follow by email.
Please retain these for future reference.

Payment

We accept:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Maestro
- American Express

Your card will be charged once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping

We ship all orders within 2 business days.
You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

- Free shipping on all orders.
- All deliveries are handled by UPS.
- Missed deliveries are retried or held at your local UPS access point.

Unclaimed packages will be returned and refunded in full.

Right of withdrawal

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
To do so, notify us by email or use the standard withdrawal form (see Appendix 1 below).

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of your notice.
You are responsible for return shipping and for the condition of the item during transit.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of notice, but we may withhold payment until the item is received or proof of return is provided.

Condition of returned items

You may lose part of your refund if the item shows signs of use or is not in resellable condition. Examples include:
- Signs of wear
- Stains, marks, or odours
- Damage caused while in your care
- Handling beyond what’s needed to test fit and function

Use the provided return label if available.

Please include your order number and use the original packaging where possible.

Claims & complaints

You have a 2-year warranty on all products under Danish law.

Report any defects as soon as possible after discovering them.
Include a description, order number, and invoice.
Defective items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

evellant covers return shipping for approved claims.

Liability

evellant ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
All transactions are subject to Danish law.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product availability, or delays due to force majeure.

Privacy

We respect your privacy.
We only collect personal data necessary to fulfil your order and never share or sell your information to third parties.
